  • How to recognise your own breathing habits
  • How to retrain your breathing so it feels automatic again

This is ideal if you struggle with:

  • Air hunger
  • Anxiety or panic
  • POTS or hypermobility
  • Asthma or COPD
  • Nervous system dysregulation

This includes a 1:1 session at the start and end, plus 8 weeks of guided content and tracking tools.
