Box breathing. Wim Hof. Deep breaths. If your breathing pattern is already dysfunctional, the standard apps make you over-breathe — and amplify the air hunger they were supposed to fix.

Inhalers for the shortness of breath. SSRIs for the anxiety. PPIs for the reflux. Painkillers for the neck. No one connects them to a breathing pattern that’s been off for years.

A 7-minute video can show you a technique. It cannot retrain a pattern your nervous system has held for 20 years. That requires structure, sequencing, and progression — over weeks, not minutes.
